Where is my data stored?
On every plan, your forms, answers and uploaded files are stored in Sydney. We list every service that handles your data, including the few that run overseas, such as Stripe for card payments.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added to your tax invoice.
What counts as a submission?
A form that someone completes and submits. Drafts and test responses don't count.
What happens if I reach my limit?
We'll tell you at 80% and 100%. Your forms keep their answers, and you can upgrade at any time.
How long do you keep our data?
As long as you choose, such as 20 or 30 days. After that, answers and files are deleted automatically. Send them to your own systems before then.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
